a) In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an aspect of the services you have received by Wills and Trusts Countrywide we have a specific contact form for the primary attention of our Operations Manager, Geoff Jones. Every effort will be undertaken to contact you within 10 days of receipt and then investigate the details of your issue and communicate with you and try and resolve the issue within 30 days.

b) These complaints procedures do not negate other means of redress.
